Job Internship Training Programme

This focuses on addressing the skills gap between the academic knowledge and industry requirement for job employment.

This model centers on providing job training and professional skills development programs for many different jobs, fields and careers and meaningful internships to the youth particularly products of tertiary institutions.

Our training is a transforming process that requires some input and in turn it produces output in the form of knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSAs). This training becomes crucial in order to allow graduates gain new skills to help them easily find jobs or brush up on safety/ competency requirements for their current jobs. The nature of the job skills include Advanced Job Skills, Basic Skills and Simple Procedures, Basic Job Knowledge and also Business French courses for Professionals.

It also develops, inspires and connect the emerging youth, men and women from every background to established, skilled, expert and professional women and men from different sectors both local and global for knowledge transfer/sharing, solutions-to-problems, self-development, open doors of opportunities and empowerment of a new generation of Ghanaians.

 

Regulatory Support Services

We work with business owners and new start ups to formalize their businesses through registration and renewal of their businesses with the regulatory bodies such as Registrar General’s Department and also provide support for Audited Financial Statement Preparation & Filling of taxes with Ghana Revenue Authority.
